DAY 1 – 7 DAY SPLITS CHALLENGE #FLOWWITHADEE

This flow kicks off day 1 of my 7 day splits video series! Lots of dynamic movements to work deep into the essential muscle groups for splits: hamstrings, hip flexors, and quadriceps. This flow works primarily towards front left and right splits (with some added frog splits to give your hip rotators a taste for tomorrows flow).
