Hey everyone!!! I know a lot of us are stuck at home during this horrible time ): Hope you all stay healthy and safe!! BUT, while we are at home with no gym…let’s work on toning and building those glutes at home!!

I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend doing the exercises 3x a week every other day!!! Example: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

DO NOT do this every single day..you will NOT see faster results, you could actually slow down your results or never see any if you OVER TRAIN!!!! We never want to over train any part of our body. So please be very mindful of that. I PROMISE you will get results of you stay consistent and push thruuuuuuuuuuuuu!
