10 Bar Squats
10 Body Weight Squats

Workout (moderate weight on bar, I went pretty light @95lbs because I do have a knee that gives me trouble lol)

4 sets x 10 reps (everything)

Weighted Bat Squats
Body weight Squats

Straight Leg RDL
Cable Squats

Dumbbell Lunge
Hip Abductor
