  1. First time doing this workout & all I can say is Omg your yoga session was so heavenly. My hips were so stiff & in so much in pain before I started. But as I progressed through the workout I began to click in places & relax my muscles therefore releasing the pain a little. Please Keep making your videos they are a life saver
